A good variety of submerged and floating aquatic vegetation will oxygenate the water and keep your lake or pond in good condition, in addition the plants will provide refuges for small crustaceans which will graze on the algae. This will prevent proliferation which creates alga blooms.

 Installing a bentonite liner to waterproof the lake bed, the liner is cover with a layer of soil.

 Construction of a lake in a housing development, the space was tigh and a two tier revetment was required.

Construction of islands within lakes, these can be used for placement of silt if disposal off site if difficult.
