Willow Spiling on the Thames

We installed this willow spiling in 2003, it is growing well, but boat wash has sucked a little of the soil out. Whilst maintaining we placed faggots in the toe in 2008.

I have done this on my own fishery and its made a great difference to the bank stability. Highly recommended.
